This is the best chocolate cake I've had in recent memory. It is all chocolate. It has the right amount of bitterness and sweetness, not too sweet and perfectly bitter. The cake is very moist and oooohhhh, the icing... marvelous. There are three layers of cake and icing. I was told that it is also excellent when frozen, now I know where to hide it.

Oh no you didn't! I am no chocolate person, but the version you just described is exactly what I'm looking for -- moist, the right combo of bitterness and sweetness.
